“My journey into Osteopathy began when I discovered the works of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still while collaborating on a paper about circulatory conditions affecting the body's framework. I was captivated by the philosophy and practical aspects of manual therapy in promoting health. Little did I know that years later I would seek my first Osteopathic treatment to address my ongoing cardiovascular challenges. My aspiration has always been to work in healthcare, and I’ve learned that there is always more to explore. Osteopathy is a “whole-listic,” non-invasive manual therapy that recognizes the body’s inherent capacity for self-healing and self-regulation. When the structural integrity of the body is properly maintained through the care of both soft and hard tissues, the complex systems of nerves, arteries, veins, and lymphatics are better equipped to aid in recovery. We aim to provide more than just relief from back pain, and we seek to complement other therapeutic modalities in your healing journey.”
